Last weekend Connor and I were "Sprinkled" with love at an intimate baby shower hosted by my dear friend Carynne (tall blonde in white dress:)). We all met up for brunch at Dexter's to have a delicious meal and get some girl time in before the baby arrives. I was also given wonderful gifts for our new bundle of joy.

My friend/coworker Heather and I are pregnant together again, so the Kindergarten and First Grade teams hosted a joint baby shower for us at work. It was unexpected and VERY thoughtful. I just love all the wonderful people I work with and am so greatful for everything.

And now we are in the home stretch. Over the past week I've been having mixed feelings about what will be happening in four short days... it's gone by so incredibly fast and it's hard to comprehend that it's really time for baby to arrive. I'm very anxious and nervous one minute and completely excited the next. I'm confident that everything will go well and look forward to bringing Connor home next Monday and starting our life as a family of four.
