It's a...

BOY!!!
At Carrabba's this evening Landon revealed that he will have a little brother! We are very excited and think it will be so neat to watch them grow up together, play sports together, and be close friends. We had a great appointment and even got to see our baby boy yawn! He was moving all around, but unfortunately wouldn't flip over so that the technician could get a good profile shot of his face. That's okay though, for a second we got to see his cute little nose and beautiful lips. You can't see these pictures all that great because they are pretty small, but in the top one is baby boy #2 facing down. You can make out his spine along the top and jaw bones. The bottom picture is his feet/toes and a hand. Here is the picture that was included in the gift bag with the onsie. Proof that it's a boy!
We are so excited to know! Thanks for your participation in the poll. Once again, it looks like the majority of you guessed right! How did you know???

18

18 is the number of months our sweet child is already. He's getting more hair by the day, and it remains a beautiful mixture of blond, brown, and red. He has 16 teeth, and continues to drool profusely while the top molars come all the way in. We haven't taken him for his 18 month check up yet, but I can guesstimate his weight to be about 27 lbs. and his height about 32 inches because the little man has unfortunately been quite sick with back to back viruses over the past 2 1/2 weeks sending us to the doc twice. (He's much better today, thank goodness!) His eating habits have changed... the pickiness and stubbornness has settled in and depending on the day he will refuse to sometimes eat meat or veggies. He'll gladly share with the dog though, keeping Kingston quite happy. He's definitely starting to test his boundaries and has had to visit 'time out' now and then, which is a work in progress. Landon is a talking machine and has started putting two word phrases together, such as "More, please" or "Night, night, Dada." He loves singing the Happy Birthday song where he nails the tune (not so much the happy birthday part), tries real hard at the alphabet song chiming in with a letter here and there, and he practices counting everyday. He's also learning his colors, and knows blue and orange so far. He has recently developed an obsession with Elmo and asks for him all the time. His favorite toys are his different kinds of balls, toy train, cars, blocks, puzzles, Cozy Truck, and his new motorized four wheeler. Landon still loves to hear people read. He prefers to be outdoors running around, pushing his bubble lawnmower, or playing on his slide. He is a fun kid who still wears a smile 95% of the time. It's such a joy.
18 is the number of weeks I'm pregnant. UNBELIEVABLE. I've been feeling really good. Pretty tired here and there and my emotions are on a roller coaster ride these days, but other than that things are going smoothly. I felt the baby for the first time at 14 weeks and until recently it was only happening about once a week. It's occurring a little more frequently now, and the feeling is changing from fluttery bubbles to little taps. My appetite has noticeably grown in the past week or so and I always want pizza! I refrain from my craving though and don't have it too often. :) My belly has been growing more rapidly this pregnancy, which I knew to expect. Below are pictures of me at 18 weeks- baby #1 on the top and baby #2 on the bottom.

So the big day is in one short week and a day... PJ and I will have an ultrasound to see the baby's development so far and we'll learn the sex of our second baby. We had so much fun the way we did it last time with the onsie in the gift bag that we're going to do the same this time as well. It'll be even more fun because Landon will be there for the exciting reveal!

I'm asking that you once again make a prediction for baby #2.
Which will it be this time, pink or blue?
